Feedstar Pets (“we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used and disclosed by Feedstar Pets.

Country: the place where Feedstar Pets or the owners/founders of Feedstar Pets are based, in this case it is Poland.
Customer: refers to a company, organization or individual who registers to use the Feedstar Pets Service to manage the relationship with your consumers or service users.
Device: any Internet-connected device, such as a phone, tablet, computer or other device that can be used to visit Feedstar Pets and use the services.
IP address: Every device connected to the Internet is assigned a number known as an Internet Protocol (IP) address. These numbers are usually assigned in geographical blocks. An IP address can often be used to identify the location from which a device connects to the Internet.

When does Feedstar Pets use end-user information from third parties?

How do we use your email address?
By providing your e-mail address on this page, you agree to receive e-mails from us. How long do we keep your data?

When we no longer need your information and it is no longer necessary to retain it to meet our legal or regulatory obligations, we will delete it from our systems or anonymize it so that you cannot be identified.
How do we protect your data?

We offer the use of a secure server. All confidential/financial information provided is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted in our payment gateway provider’s database, which can only be accessed by authorized individuals with special access rights to such systems and who are required to keep the information confidential. Once the transaction is complete, your private information (credit card numbers, social security numbers, financial data, etc.) is not stored in our system. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information sent to Feedstar Pets, nor can we guarantee that information on the Service will not be disclosed, altered or destroyed as a result of a breach of any of our physical, technical or managerial safeguards.
Can my information be transferred to other countries?
Feedstar Pets is registered in Poland. Information collected through our website, as a result of direct interactions with you or from your use of our support services may be transferred from time to time to our offices or personnel, or to third parties, located worldwide, and may be viewed and hosted anywhere in the world, including countries that may not have general laws governing the use and transfer of such data. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by exercising any of the above options, you voluntarily consent to the international transfer and hosting of such information.
Is the information collected through the Feedstar Pets Service secure?
We take precautions to protect the security of your data. We have put in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to help protect you, prevent unauthorized access, keep your data safe and use your information properly. However, neither people nor security systems, including encryption systems, are foolproof. People can commit crimes, make mistakes or fail to follow policies. If you are a Feedstar Pets employee or job candidate, we collect information that you voluntarily provide to us. We use this data for human resources purposes to manage employee benefits and vet candidates.
